The term 'buyer' or 'you' or 'customer' refers to the user or viewer of our website. "Days" refers to working days, being Monday to Friday inclusive excluding bank holidays unless otherwise stated.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales
1. Prices and Card Payments
All prices quoted are excluding any relevant sales taxes which must be added at the prevailing rate.
All prices at correct at the time of publishing on this site, however they can be changed at any time without notice.
All credit and debit card transactions will be processed using Worldpay secure online terminal. The customer will be responsible for entering their own card details.
The currency converter is provided by XE.com and is for illustration purposes only. It is meant only as an approximate conversion tool based on the latest information available and should not be relied upon for any other purposes. All rates are set by the consumers bank on the day the transaction is made. Not applicable to UK transactions.
2. Orders & Payment Terms
Orders are accepted via the website using the secure shopping cart. Payment must be completed online and in full for your order to be complete.
No Credit accounts are offered for ordering online.
Please contact us via the online enquiry form, should you wish to apply for a credit facility in order to place your order with CHGIP Ltd.
3. Shipping, Delivery and Handling
Shipping, delivery & handling costs are not included in the price of ‘GIPskins’ as this is dependent on quantity and destination. Please also be aware that you may be subject to import or other duties which are beyond our control and the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that our products will be dispatched directly from our main UK warehouse.
We aim to deliver within 14 days however during periods of high demand goods may take 30 days. If products are out of stock, or for quantities of 500+, delivery may take up to 50 days. If for any reason we believe your order may take longer to dispatch you will be contacted by a member of our team with an estimated dispatch time.
4. Delivery Options
Orders will be dispatched via a designated courier who may offer a trackable service from door to door.
We can take no responsibility for delays in transit caused by factors outside of our control.
We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery. If we deliver late you are not entitled to regard this as breach of contract.
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by you.
In the event of a lost parcel, every effort must be made by the buyer to assist in locating the delivery, including, but not limited to, enquiries with neighbours or other premises who may have accepted the parcel on the buyer's behalf as well as enquiring with the buyer's local sorting office.
If you or anyone at the delivery address is not available to accept delivery, then you must contact us or the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery date, or address where necessary. If any goods are returned to us by the carrier, you will incur additional delivery costs to have the item re-delivered.
We always ensure that items are packaged safely to protect the contents.
Buyers must note and agree to these delivery conditions or refrain from purchasing from this website.
5. Shortages, Damages, Discrepancies and/or Loss In Transit
We cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by the postal service, and we are under no obligation to credit or replace goods.
If your order has been delivered short, you must contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery. If goods have been damaged or supplied short, then you must keep those goods in one place, separate from any other goods and be available for our inspection if we wish, before we decide what action to take.
6. Returns Policy
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations gives you a cooling off period that allows you to return your item for any reason.
1. To be eligible for a refund you must notify us in writing via email email@example.com that you wish to return an order within 14 days, and this starts from the day you receive your order.
2. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us from the date you contacted us about the return. Please note that goods must be received back within this second 14 day period.
3. You must include in the package your full contact details and the reason for the return.
4. You will not be entitled to a refund if you have not advised us of the pending return within the first 14 days, however we will consider an exchange.
5. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the condition they were sent to you with all labels and packaging intact.
6. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty or we have dispatched the incorrect item.
7. Any agreed exchanges or refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the goods back.
8. Goods that are returned will be inspected for any sign of use, damage, misuse or neglect. If there is any doubt we reserve the right not to exchange or give a refund.
9. Credit card payments will only be refunded to the original card used to make the purchase.
If there are any problems with your order please contact us immediately.
Customers are reminded that we are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in the postal system. Customers should always ensure that the appropriate level of insurance is purchased from the carrier.
7. Product Guarantee and Warranty
All goods supplied by us are warranted to be of sound workmanship and materials, and suitable for the purpose for which they are designed under fair conditions. Our liability under this Warranty will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against any goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, provided that such faults have not been caused by your misuse of the goods or your negligent handling of the item/s.
In order to make a claim under this warranty you must contact our head office in the first instance. The item must be returned within a specified time set out above and must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be liable for all postage costs including insurance.
If you return goods to us in order to make a claim and those goods turn out to be, in our opinion, fault free or damaged by reason of misuse or negligent handling of them, then we will give written notice within 10 days of us receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to make arrangements to return the goods to you after the 10 day period, your non-compliance with our request for instruction will lead us to assume that you have given us unconditional authority to dispose of the goods as we see fit. You will remain liable to pay for the goods in full.
In no circumstances will we be responsible for loss or consequential damage arising from the failure or defect of our goods beyond what is stated herein.
All garments come with a six-month warranty against workmanship and quality; for example, seaming.
CHGIP Ltd does not retain any credit card information nor do we disclose any personal details or information to third parties. Data collected by us is used to take and fulfil customer orders and administer and enhance the site and our service. We will only disclose relevant information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
9. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel an order or suspend or delay delivery, without being liable for any loss or damage if supply of the goods is prevented or delayed by reason of war, (whether declared or not), civil strife, riot, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, labour disputes, accidents or any other cause or circumstances beyond our control.
